An active lifestyle should never stop, even while pregnant. It’s actually best to keep going, only modifying your routine as each woman feels they should. There are limits and things every woman should understand. If they have any questions, they should ask their doctor. But, overall, exercising is great during any pregnancy. The baby and mom will both enjoy the benefits.
