I've been seeing Brenna Payne for approx. 5 years. She is the kindest, most compassionate provider I've ever met! She's smart, funny, and SO KNOWLEDGEABLE!! She keeps up with new medical information and always asks if I'm comfortable with her suggestions before we change anything. Menopause is HARD, but she makes it so much better just by listening to my concerns and working with me to find a solution to "that week's" issue! LOL!

After the retirement of my previous doctor, the search for a new one was daunting especiallyin todays world, I went to my insurance page and it told me that Dr. May was taking new patients, so I made the appointment. He was very courteous and to the point, and addressed all of my concerns. He and the nurse were very open and honest. I really appreciate that they started the consultation while I was fully dressed so I was only in the gown for a minimal amount of time. And that sheet used for my lower half was quite large, so I didn't feel overly exposed. Will definitely recommend.

I had an IUD removal and replacement procedure. I was able to ask questions beforehand about my options and felt more informed about which IUD to choose for myself. Dr. May has been my physician for many years, 15 years actually, and he is always attentive and kind. He has a comforting bedside manner and even though this procedure was painful and uncomfortable, I felt safe in his care. I would not feel as comfortable with anyone else as my gynecologist.

Friendly receptionist and efficient check in. Wait time was great. I mentioned to nurse that my BP was not my usual numbers( even though it was normal) and how much lower it was at the dentist recently, but she didn't recheck it. I never feel rushed with my exams. Dr. May listens well, is kind, caring and approachable, however, I would like to receive more detailed recommendations and advice. For example, his opinion about getting a third Covid Booster or not, because of the severe Utacaria I had. I will need to follow up with advice from Dr. Sifuentes for that advice. Getting bloodwork was great and painless. Very helpful and courteous staff in the lab.

The care of the nurses and doctors at Panhandle OBGYN is great. However, I don’t believe their business practices are ethical. I discovered today that I had almost $1200 in credit from my last pregnancy! When I asked about this I was told that the office has credits for patients dating as far back as 2018 and that they do not inform the patient of their credit. This is unacceptable, unethical, and criminal. This needs to be addressed immediately.

I love Dr Hopkins and the staff and Panhandle OBGYN. Everyone is always so sweet and caring. Dr Hopkins delivered my last 2 babies and my youngest is 15 now. I have had to have several procedures and he was the one I always went to for them. He is a great dr. He knows my fear of exams and always tries to make me feel as comfortable as possible. When someone is looking for a new dr, I always suggest Dr Hopkins.

Dr. Freeman delivered all 3 of my children in years 2006; 2009 & 2013. I have not seen him since year 2013. When I came in, it felt as though I had continued going. The office staff, nurses, and Dr. Freeman are all friendly and make me feel so comfortable! Best OBGYN and staff!

In the 16 years I’ve been a patient of Dr. Freeman’s, I have always been so grateful for the wonderful doctor he is and the way he has treated me as his patient. He truly cares about me and how I’m doing and any problems or concerns I have. I have lived over an hour away from his office for 10 years now, but will make the drive to keep a great doctor. He delivered my last two babies and my care throughout and after both pregnancies was exceptional. I would highly recommend Dr. freeman if you are looking for exceptional care and a doctor with a considerate bedside manner.
